This enables us to meet the strict demands of our customers, while maintaining an eco-friendly operation. The society and our employee health are important to us at Commonpraise, so we are also GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certified.

In order to ensure the quality of our solar collector, solar water heater, and other solar products, many quality control measures are implemented throughout production. For example, we only accept materials from approved suppliers, and we inspect all raw materials and components multiple times to ensure they meet our strict quality requirements. In addition, regular testing, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment, as well as testing and training of staff, ensure production efficiency and that our solar air collector, air source heat pump water heater, and other products meet international standards. Specially trained quality personnel perform inspections of each production process to ensure all standards are met, from cleanliness to quality, and final inspections of our solar powered products are also conducted prior to delivery. Any non-optimum situations which are found are remedied by taking immediate steps to ensure they do not recur. As a result of our efforts, our flat plate solar collector, solar air collector, split solar water heater, and other solar powered products have received Solar Keymark, Standmark, SRCC, FCC, CE, CB, and CCC certifications.

We use advanced equipment, such as a gantry hydraulic press, Germany ultrasonic welder, vacuum coating equipment, and aluminum profile cutting machines, for our flat plate solar collector production, and we use a CNC hydraulic plate cutting machine, three-roller plate rolling machine, and more for the solar water tank and solar water heater production. This equipment is all computer-controlled and highly automated, thus reducing labor costs and improving efficiency. We acquire our copper, aluminum products, glass, and steel plate materials through suppliers with whom we have long-term relationships, which provides us quality products at reduced rates. All our solar thermal collectors, solar water heater and solar PV products are manufactured in strict conformation with our design drawings and related technical requirements, and a sample is created for inspection before mass production is begun, which eliminates waste. These factors all contribute to our lower costs, and thus the competitive prices we are able to offer our global customers on our solar collectors, solar water heaters, and other solar powered products.
